Neighborhoods
Where Californians land in Las Vegas.
The valley is 600 square miles of very different neighborhoods. Ron's shortcut: tell him where you're coming from, and he'll tell you where you'll feel at home.

Most relocating Californians want the same things: a newer home, good schools or a quiet street, something to do outside, and an easy route back to the coast. Every community below delivers that; the differences are elevation, age of housing, price and personality. Each card links to live listings on Ron's main site.

Henderson is its own city of about 330,000 people on the south-east side of the valley, with its own police department, lower crime, consistently high school ratings and most of the newest master plans. "Las Vegas" addresses cover everything from Summerlin on the west side to Centennial Hills in the north-west and the Southwest/Enterprise area near the airport. Ron lives in Lake Las Vegas (Henderson) and works the whole valley; the right answer depends on your commute, your budget and how much you want to be near the water, the mountains or the Strip. Tell him what matters and he'll build the tour.
